A Realtor on a Mission
Franchelle, originally from Houston Texas now at home in the Lakeland community is married to her wonderful husband Jared with whom she shares three amazing children: Sofia, Sarah, and Carter. She has drawn her artistic and architectural skills through her years abroad. She studies in South America and is now fluent in both English and Spanish. Upon her return to the United States, she pursued a degree at the Art Institute of Colorado with a focus on architectural studies. Her drive to give back to her community lead her to pursue a degree in health care and gained employment at Mease Countryside Hospital in Clearwater prior to relocating to Lakeland. Upon her move to Lakeland, she took some time to focus on her family and found herself rewarded in her new role as a stay-at-home Mom for several years until she once again felt the pull to take her talents back into her community.
She has taken talents and dreams of architectural and interior design and has honed her skills into a focused career in real estate. She finds this rewarding multidimensionally allowing her to use her artistic eye to assist her clients in finding their dream home allowing her to give back to every family she touches. It is the American dream to own a home and it brings her joy to help during this intricate process of making one of the biggest purchases and decisions of your life.
Fran and her entire family are intricately involved in her community and give back in servitude to others. She has served through the Central Florida Speech and Hearing, Riptide Aquatics, Toys for Tots as well as local school functions in Polk County. This tight-knit family also loves sports, vacations, and volunteering whenever the opportunity arises. When Fran is not working you will find her painting furniture, home decorating, paddle boarding, and hanging out by the pool deck with family and friends.
